Construction Supervisor Pipe Construction m/f/d
To strengthen our team in Munich, we are looking for a construction supervisor in pipeline construction.
Main tasks:
- Monitoring projects in the gas, water and district heating sectors
- Cost and schedule control in the course of construction
- check machining allowance
- Examination of supplements
- Tracing of defects and acceptance of construction work
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent, or completed training as a construction technician
- Basic knowledge of cost control using AVA programs
You are / have:
- Structured and goal-oriented
- Flexible in dealing with new and changing tasks
- Experienced in conflict management when carrying out construction work
- In-depth knowledge in construction and procurement law (VOB), as well as in the fee structure (HOAI)
